I'm sure I've mentioned some of the music artists that I enjoy online. Mostly I groove on my own pack of CDs, but I truly do enjoy them individuals who've tried to make the internet a better place to be, as opposed to those monkeys that go around trying to make the world at large more difficult than necessary.

Work-related injury

One of my co-workers likes to add "your mom" into every conversation. Today I was describing my network difficulties when he interjected.

"Your mom has network problems."

To say that this was getting stupid would be to imply that it had some glimmer of intellect to begin with.

"Let me tell you something," I responded, "about your grandmother. She had sex. More than once. Odds are, she liked it."

Guy ran from me with his hands over his ears.

Charge Forward

There's plenty of things that have been happening over the past few months. I don't recall mentioning that I did well enough on my grades to keep plugging away at my chosen major(s).

I've performed at a party as a disc jockey. I've started showing films at the local theater, and I've seen an actual 35mm film splicer. In fact, I've seen a graffiti-riddled projector booth that dates back to the 60's. And bowling pins. I can't tell you how many of those things I've seen lately.

Went tunnel exploring, finding new ways to get everywhere I could want to on campus.

I helped man sound for a 9 man (or so) gig outside.

Frankly, the A/V stuff is great. If I could just slide a little sideways, I think I'd be all over this.
